Alternatively for more complicated endgames, you can study them broken down into every combination of two or fewer pieces in Glenn Flear's Practical Endgame Play:

Practical Endgame Play - beyond the basics by Glenn Flear.

Some quick points. This endgame happens about 1.3% of the time in GM play. The two bishops usually have the advantage against B=N, especially in open positions. The side with the two bishops also has excellent drawing chances if in an inferior position, as you can fairly often trade down to an opposite colored bishop ending.
