Yeah, they're just normal measuring cups for baking/cooking... like this

I don't know if you need utensils, but these will certainly come in handy.

I also don't know if you have bed stuff, but this should keep you comfy.

I absolutely LOVE to cook, I'm obsessed with food, and learning to cook, and I'm currently learning to bake. I mean, I did pretty much learn the basics when my parents were raising me at home, but I didn't go all out of my way to learn much more than that since I wasn't really that into sweets once I was out on my own. Now that I'm all grown up, my first husband and I made really good money so if we wanted dessert we just bought it, but my family now, my second husband and children, we are a lot more on the poverty level, so I'm learning to REALLY bake. And I LOVE it!!! It's actually a lot of fun!! I'm currently knee deep in a ton of fruit, and trying to figure out how to bake it all into something delicious!! Anyway, I have tons of baking stuff and food items on my list, but one thing on my list I super need are measuring cups and spoons! Here's an under $30 example that looks like it'd help me out quite a bit!

Just to add to warwatch who had most of what was on my list:

  • bathroom floor mats
  • measuring cup (this kind and this kind; Pyrex is good for the former but any old set will do for the latter)
  • dish brush (like here, way better than a sponge)
  • whisk
  • tongs
  • tupperware containers
  • grater
  • coasters
  • ramekins
  • meat thermometer (I got this one about 4 months ago and it's been pretty good; no more "is this what cooked pork/chicken/meat looks like?")
  • silicone spatula
  • pot holders, oven mitts
  • Various sizes of wall hooks. Useful for hanging things on the wall that would otherwise be leaning or on top of something (broom, mop, linter, hair dryer, depending on your cabinets you can even hang pot lids on the walls of the cabinets)
  • paper towel holder
  • shower/bath organizer - depending on how you are set up, you can use a shower caddy to hold most of your things; my showerhead and the pipe leading to it from the wall is angled in a way so that isn't possible but I've had this for about 1.5 years and it has been great.
  • if you have a cabinet in the bathroom, something like these small drawers may be useful for organization.

Some of this depends on how much cooking you are planning to do, but it's all pretty essential in my experience.

Since beginning to count calories, I have purchased and frequently used my food scale (this one), measuring spoons/cups (I bought this set of 19 spoons/cups), a veggie steamer, a mandolin for thinly slicing veggies to put in lasagna instead of noodles, a spiralizer for pasta-like noodles, can covers to keep canned foods fresh after I open the can (like artichoke hearts, black beans, etc)., and a slow cooker/crock pot.

I bought this set and it came with a dash, a pinch, and a smidgen measuring spoons.
