I flew to Greece and back from the United States at the very end of the first trimester. The flights honestly weren't too bad, except that on the way back there was some heavy turbulence (which has never bothered me before!) and I nearly used the sick bag. Unfortunately, my good luck didn't extend to the trip itself! I was pretty miserable for the two weeks we were there.
