Oops, it's Mary Gentle. Really like her work, but R&G is definitely the most New Weird (though another of her books, Ash: A Secret History, starts fairly normal-medieval but gets progressively weirder.)

Edit: If you've got his other stuff up there, VanderMeer's Veniss Underground would count as New Weird, and his newest novel, Annihilation, is also likely to be Weird. (It's next on my list.) Gilman's also a good choice: The Rise of Ransom City is a pseudo-sequel to The Half-Made World, and The Revolutions is coming out fairly soon.
Genevieve Valentine's Mechanique: A Tale of the Circus Tresaulti could also be on the list.
