I haven't used the ELF brush, to be honest. But I find their brushes to be hit 'n miss in general, and I strongly dislike the two eye brushes I have from them (crease and eyeshadow C -- I'm just at a loss for what they think I should do with them). However, I do have this brush and I do wholeheartedly recommend it. It's only a couple bucks more and pro quality, IMO. I have about 5 blending brushes (Sephora classic, Sephora Pro, Smashbox, Sigma, Royal) and I still reach for this one all the time. Also, blending brushes are totally worth it if you don't have one already. Definitely my favorite brush.
I have one of their brushes, the SILK Pro Crease Brush, and it is the softest brush I have. It blends like happiness and love all rolled up together and to be honest, I just like to rub it on my face. TMI? Perhaps, but this is the best $7 I've ever spent on a brush. Can't wait to get more.
