Happy birthday! I'm not seeing a lot of skincare/primer in your collection, so that is what I'd recommend. Since it's a new region for you, I'd recommend a tinted moisturizer or BB Cream - I use Dr Jart and really enjoy it. It's light but not the lightest out there. Finding a good foundation is tough, but when you use it right, it feels like you get a whole fresh new face to play with!
