Can you clean it all off? And it just comes back? After you clean it off try putting some vaseline to help the poo not stick. Also be sure to put some probiotic in the water. May want to look for a better quality food. A few of my chicks last year got it but when I decided to use Nutrena instead of the Tractor Supply Dumor brand (which uses animal by-products) none of my chicks so far have gotten it. It's not the best I know, but its better than what I was using.
