The Mugen 5 has excellent cooling/noise performance and is up there with noctuas. Installation is also very easy.

The Big Shuriken 3 is also available for $89.99, I'm using it in my ITX build right now and had to buy mine from the US since it wasn't available here at the time.

You could try a big shuriken 3

Blower will be fine. Just noisy. If you can wait until August I would for the regular cards but not everyone will be bothered by the blower style. They are definitely more quiet than the Vega blowers

The 3700X at stock is a pretty cooling running chip. This means pretty much any decent cooler will do the job for you. I have used the ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO and the Scythe Big Shuriken 3 on a 3800X and they do a good job, should be great on a 3700X and both are around the $40 price point. No need to spend a lot of money to get quiet cooling. Also consider the Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4 a little more expensive but it is after all Noctua :-)

As far as I am aware of, 12 mm or less space to work with is hella brutal no matter what the case size is, not to mention the closed small space will keep in heat and always overheat your cpu. I’m aware that there are holes for airflow and all, but an eBay fan won’t cut it since I’m pretty sure it won’t have enough Oomph. I would advise for you to keep searching for Shuriken 2. Sorry I can’t give more advise, but I mainly work on mid or tower cases.

There are 1 Shuriken 2 I found for sale, but it is expensive even if it is new.

As well as a Shuriken 3.

For the price of Shuriken 2, I would say it is not worth it, and I would advise for you to find some other alternatives. Hope this helps and sorry I can’t give more insight.

If you watercool one and not the other then the temps will be lower than just air but with both the GPU and CPU in the loop on one 240mm rad it becomes an issue. I had much better results with the AIO on the CPU with a large top hat and the GPU like what Linus did. Two thin PWM Noctua fans kept the GPU cool and silent and the AIO did the same for the CPU. If you want to avoid the top hat then the Big Shuriken 3 fits the Ghost with another thin Noctua fan and the screw holes carved out so the screws sit flush in the frame. Both fully air cooled and CPU only water cooled produced much cooler temps than both CPU and GPU watercooled with a single 240mm rad. Feel free to experiment for yourself but I can only go by what happened to me. Sorry for the wall of text and enjoy the PC!

There's the new Big Shuriken 3. Looks nice and is one of the best top down coolers for today's itx builds. https://www.amazon.com/SCYTHE-Big-Shuriken-Cooler-SCBSK-3000/dp/B07MDXVLCZ
well priced too.
