You can get a Seasonic X650 PSU for $99 on Amazon and Newegg. It's a gold, fully modular PSU with a silent mode at low load.

I originally built it so I could support SLI, I don't know much about OC so I didn't think about it before.
Thank for the info on the GFX card, yeah it seems like most cheaper cards do outpace it now which is good for me.
