Not exactly about the exact Sheaffer model, but Sheaffer makes nice writing pens, inexpensive and easy to find cartridges & inks. I have several myself.

Commonly available at a local stationary stores, Staples, Grand & Toy, and sometimes even at Walmart and London Drugs, craft stores, etc.
Did you you know you can also get a cartridge converter so you can use bottled fountain pen inks, giving you access to hundreds of ink brands and thousands of colours? Not cheap, but well worth it. I have a couple and they work - ebay, Amazon (watch out for shipping costs).
You can also refill the cartridges using a blunt syringe - example Goulet , & while you are at it, get a bulb syringe to help clean the pen (also called ear bulb syringe - check local drug stores Walmart, etc). Goulet and Youtube have excellent videos for flushing a pen using a bulb syringe (note: use cold to luke warm water, not hot!)
