You have such beautiful skin! I'm totally biased but I totally think you should try Skin79 Hot Pink BB cream. I'm NW15, and it's way more forgiving than foundation, while evening out my skintone without looking caked and makeupy (is that a word?). There are other formulations of the Skin79 BB cream too, you can get a sampler pack here.
For undereye bags, I currently use Maybelline Dark Circles Eraser in the Brightener shade. It's a perfect match for my skintone, though I'm currently looking for something with a little more coverage. It might be a good place for you to start though.
Would love to see you wear a subtle pink lipstick. The Revlon Lip Butters are a good way to gently introduce yourself to lipstick, if you don't usually wear it. Try Peach Parfait, Juicy Papaya, or Berry Smoothie. Here are swatches of some of my favorites:
EDIT: Oops, forgot to mention that the first swatch is actually Revlon Super Lustrous in Peach Me. There we go, now the swatches should match my list. :)
I'm something like an NC35, and I have translucent skin. Something that works well for me for getting coverage is to use a Korean BB cream as a base, and then do a mix of primer, moisturizer, and liquid foundation over, and finish with a mineral powder.
I really like Skin79 Super BB cream; the hot pink formula and also the orange formula are good ones.
Be aware--it does not take much at all to do your whole face, maybe half a pump at most. It will go on really chalky-white, but you have to let it sit for 10-15 minutes and then keep blending it, and it will become more clear.
I have the Etude House bb cream. I think I may have gotten a shade darker than what I need, and it's really oily. I am going to try the Skin79 instead.
For moisturizer I use the Aveeno Ultra-Calming stuff. I don't anything about primers or toners, though.
