Been working out about 3x a week the past 4 months with a mix of cardio and weights. I've abused these headphones and they continue to hold up very well. They lightweight, have good battery life, and stay on my head without sliding around or being too tight. Also they're pretty cheap as far as good quality headphones go, so overall I think this was a steal.
