I use Sony MDR-EX31BN and just clip the receiver to the longer, right ear bud so it hangs like a necklace. I tuck that under my shirt for running, or work around the house. They have noise cancelation, but I rarely use it. For driving I wear it the same, except I clip the receiver onto the seat belt and it works great (picks up my voice without having to yell).

I got addicted to audio books about a year ago, but after a couple months of tangled wires, I immediately knew I needed a better solution. These Bluetooth buds were the solution for me.

Couple other things worth pointing out:

battery life is great, I listen for about the full week on 1 charge, and it's roughly an hour drive to/from the office.
can only charge from a PC (pretty sure about this, but I may be wrong).
has skip forward and back buttons, plus volume buttons. Both are fairly tiny and I don't fiddle with them much. Easier to control from handheld device. Main button is fine tough (answer/end call/play/pause).
range seems really good. Maybe 50 ft with no issues. I don't have a lot of Bluetooth devices though, so I'm not sure if that is average or not.
