Little hard to describe in text, but in a nutshell to make a Caucasian look Asian, you have to make the nose flatter, extend the line of the eyelid for both the epicanthic fold and the outer corner, highlight the orbit to make it also appear flatter, and change their general skin tone to something much more pale, or much darker depending on the social class of the character. (Geisha are white, rice farmers are brown, basically). I would also typically soap out the actor's eyebrows and re-model them higher on their forehead.
