Good and bad news. That has wireless N capabilities, which is good. It's max speed should be in the 150Mbps range, more than enough for your internet speed. However it's in what is known as the 2.4Ghz band. Not the 5Ghz band. Spectrum around 2.4Ghz travels through walls pretty well, so is in high demand from everybody from mobile networks, to anything else wireless like baby monitors. For people not paying for dedicated wireless spectrum, a small region was dedicated for personal usage in homes. This was for a long time the only option routers could use as the rest was used by police ect. However 2.4Ghz can only carry a fraction of what's needed, as routers were never imagined back then. All wireless devices in homes will use this space, from your wireless landlines to goodness knows how many other things. To remedy this, 5GHz has recently been allocated for personal use. This has more than enough space, such that other wireless devices and other wireless connections wont reduce your speed.

Unfortunately your laptop can't connect to the 5Ghz connection to avoid reduced speeds due to congestion. However if you manage to turn off every neighbours router that emits signal near your, all wireless devices in your home. You could very well get a solid 150 throughput. It's a bit like having a single lane road and saying the maximum speed is 150mph. However if it's full of other people trying to do the same, you will get no where near. 5Ghz has more lanes, fixing most of the same problem. Ohh and also your laptops Ethernet port, max's out at 100/10, so a 100+ internet connection would be completely wasted via Ethernet.
