Once again best of luck. I tried to find some that might fit at least most of the aspects you like about the Steelseries. Some that you can look at are (in no particular order):

I used to have a Logitech G600 (Naga equivalent), as well as tons of other mice, and much prefer this setup.
I use the SteelSeries Rival 500 mouse, and have binds for shift, control, and alt. Shift and control are both on my pinky and I only use them together for non-combat binds, but alt is on the mouse and is used for macro modifiers like self cast, Nature's Swiftness, etc.
If vintage d-pads are good enough for pixel perfect precision in old-school speedruns, a modern, 8 direction, mechanical d-pad is plenty good enough for WoW. :)
NAGA EPIC USER HERE
I just dumped mine after the 3rd RMA. The original Nagas (2012) were amazing but the recent iterations have been pretty poor. Here are the options I found:
Corsair Scimitar Pro This is a smaller mouse than the naga, but provides the 12 button pad and has great software to boot
Logitech G600 This one is just a little too bulky for me, I have very small hands, but it is logitech. The dual dish feature is too weird for me.
Steelseries Rival 500 Not your standard layout, but a good sensor. Large mouse , very similar to the naga epic.
In the end, I went with the Rival 500, because I liked the features (programmable rumble support) and the Pixart 3360 Optical Sensor was a good choice. It is heavy, so not ideal for fps, but i use it anyways.
Also, there is always knockoff on amazon. My brother has this one and he loves it. Eh?
Steelseries rival 500 is pretty similar with its side buttons.
$64 with prime shipping. It also has a physical lock for the bottom left side buttons if you don't want to use them all the time.

How about this
I really hated the Razer Naga Trinity. It didnt feel right in my hand, and the top buttons can’t be mapped. I also tried the Logitech G600 and had issues getting the keybinds to work in-game. The hyper-shift button was also pretty awkward and I was accidentally hitting it all the time.
I’ve been super happy with the Steel Series Rival 500. I don’t see myself replacing it any time soon.
I mean rival 500 :)

But judging for how little supply there is I guess it's an old model or something. I noticed it 2 days ago at local shop but only the display model and no possibility to buy it. I liked how it fits my hand tho but due to me looking for it for 2 days without luck I started thinking about g502
Check out the SteelSeries Rival 500 , it doesn't have as many side Buttons but they are said to be really convenient to use und much easier to click thatn those number grids.
It's still available for purchase on their website for me. My only suggestion would be try buying it off amazon they sell their stuff there as well. https://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-Rival-15-Button-Programmable-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B01K3DM0WY
Personally I used this mouse: https://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-Rival-15-Button-Programmable-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B01K3DM0WY/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=steelseries+rival+500&qid=1558834021&s=gateway&sr=8-3-spell
Gives a lot of buttons while avoiding the traditional MMO layout. For me the traditional layout sucks ass, dunno how you feel. Also I don't know if it's PS4 friendly or if it's what you consider reasonably priced... well, that said just a thought.
