Hi, I wish I had known what cups are at your age!! It would have been a bit easier to be a girl in school, honestly.

As an FYI, I use them every day, not just when on period, and would advise anyone new to them to do dry runs before actually needing them. You can keep them in all day and just take them out, dump, rinse (water only), reinsert after/before/in the shower. That way you are a pro when the time comes. They don't dry you out like tampons would.

If the Lilly is good for you, you have a high cervix. Many other cups would work as long as they have a long enough stem so you can reach when you need to take it out. Good luck, you are really really lucky to be 14 and have SO MANY choices!!!!

PS: I looked up the cups I keep seeing that would never work for me with my low cervix. They may totally work for you and they don't have the inner lip the Lilly does:
