They never pill or fall apart as I'm using them like cheap cotton rounds do when wet. I can use one for my whole face. They are incedibly soft as well. So worth it.
I use these organic cotton rounds which I find at a local walmart. Although I might start ordering them from Amazon since it's apparently cheaper !
I don't experience any shedding and the cotton is very soft.
