Oh. Oh, honey. Okay let's start with this: http://memory-beta.wikia.com/wiki/Andrew_Robinson

Memory Beta is like Memory Alpha, but for the books and stuff.

If you're into DS9, here's some good collections to start out with:

Oh man! DS9 is easily my favorite Star Trek show! It certainly differs from TNG and Voyager in that there is not the constant adventure of new planets. However, It features the largest space battles of any other Star Trek show or movie there is! 2 or 3 entire seasons of it focus upon the Dominion War which literally encompasses the entire Alpha Quadrant and and every major species there is living within it's boundaries.

For your viewing pleasure this is my all time favorite music video EVER! It features space battles from TNG, DS9, and some of the movies. It's a rather low quality which is sad because when I first saw it on youtube 4 or 5 years ago it was posted by the original creator of it with a link to an HD download. Here's the link for it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=whXohEOL-S4

Perhaps there's a higher quality version on youtube, I didn't spend much time searching. It would be under the same name of "Star Trek Blitzkrieg".

In the order of my favorite Star Trek's after DS9: TNG, Voyager, Original (which I have sadly not watched in it's entirety so this placement may be flawed), and Enterprise. About 5 years ago I won an auction on Ebay for ~20 Star Trek books which were some of the very best reading I have encountered! Although a large part of my enjoyment hinges on the fact that I am a huge fan of Trek. Perhaps my all time favorite book amongst them was "Tales of the Dominion War". http://www.amazon.com/Tales-Dominion-Star-Unnumbered-Paperback/dp/0743491718

It is basically a compilation of amazing battles which occurred during the Dominion War from space combat all the way to extensive ground combat.

In the interest of SciFi here is a list of my other favorite shows: Battlestar Galactica (original and new), Firefly, Stargate, Sliders, and although I haven't seen it in years Space Above and Beyond.

My all time favorite story lines (books, shows, movies, anything else) are Star Trek (of course), Battlestar Galactica, and Stargate.

I have seen nearly every show of all of those twice. I am currently re-watching the new BSG and did some research on the Cylon War from the original series and it blew my mind! Battlestars were actually extremely weak in direct ship to ship combat against Cylon capital ships. The Colonial fleet consisted of entire battle groups of fleets with the battlestars serving as the "aircraft carriers" along with cruisers, frigates, and destroyers. The most powerful Colonial ship of the entire war before the fall of the colonies was the Tiger class Destroyer which was about 3/4 the size of a battlestar but far more maneuverable and capable of multiple times the firepower of even the most power battlestar in the Colonial fleet. Keep in mind this was the story line of the original BSG in which the war lasted for 12 years. The final chance of victory for the colonials was when they amassed the largest fleet ever brought together consisting of both Colonial military vessels and all sorts of "outcast" type ships. They launched a final strike against the center of Cylon space in an attempt to destroy the main Cylon shipyards. Every single Colonial ship which took part in the battle was lost with all hands. This is what led to the ultimate destruction of the colonies and the exile of the the Galactica and the surviving civilian ships in the original series.

This was the website I learned a lot of that stuff from: http://www.tecr.com/galactica/index.html

It also has tons of other sweet info (granted, about the original BSG, which I really need to watch again).

Wow, I just totally went off on a supreme SciFi "rant".
