Ugh that sucks! Tbh vaping helps a lot too. Also was considering getting this recommended by someone here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LXDJ207/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 It's a thermogenic, not an appetite suppressant, iirc. If I get it and it helps, I'll let you know. :)

Thanks for the reply! I bought this (I'm not trying to promote it). It's supposedly third party tested. It says "premium Rauwolscine" on the front label, but on the "supplement facts" box it says "Rauwolfia vomitoria (not bark) (std. 90% Alpha Yohimbine) 2 mg".

So far it seems to help with my physically demanding job and so if you know of a better source, I'd try that instead?
