I love it
Amazon has pretty good deals on some art books btw
You can find it for about [$40 USD on Amazon](The Art of Prey https://www.amazon.com/dp/1506703992/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_0SKlDbD9FVAZX) (currently on sale for $25 USD). The digital version is about $12 USD.
There's a Kotaku article with some highlights. You can find a lot of the really cool art on the dev's artstations, such as Fred Augis, Manu Petit, Sadie Boyd, Dimitry Sorokin, etc. A search for Prey on Artstation brings up a lot of cool concept art, a lot of which isn't in the book.
Edit: If you want to look at the game art assets directly, there's also a huge texture dump here by NervousEnergy for Prey and here for Mooncrash.
