As others have mentioned, Greenwald and Damodaran are solid, and as usual I have to recommend all of Peter Lynch's books. But here's two that get little praise, which are both EXCELLENT: Stephen Penman's Accounting for Value is a great intro to understanding valuation with accrual accounting, and his university text, while somewhat advanced, is IMO the BEST book for security analysis and valuation. The other one is The Conscious Investor. Gives you a whole range of valuation methods. Not very advance, but remarkably clear, concise, and detailed.
