There are lot of things wrong with RSS but on this point it's not off base.

Bible was unfortunately used to justify lynching of blacks and women in the West for generations. Just google lynching and bible and you will find lot of academic research on this topic. It's sad to see Indian society is adopting all the bad values from the west and at the same time RSS is parroting Indian culture better then West.
