I would recommend Robert Frank's The Economic Naturalist. If you're already comfortable with math, there's no point with traditional micro books. This one gives you an idea of what problems and solutions economics can potentially address. With your math background, you likely have the skills/talent already to investigate issues you're interested, but this helped me figure out which questions to ask when I was an undergrad student.
