For time-poor people trying to get into writing, I like "The Five Minute Writer" by Margret Geraghty - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Five-Minute-Writer-Exercise-inspiration-creative/dp/1845283392 - lots of exercises that can be done in any order (and over and over again if you find one you like) that don't take long at all - they're not great for any sort of extended writing / novels but they are fantastic for building the habit!
