My first and main art is Goju-ryu. This book was written by one of my Sensei's main instructors. It's not the best, but does have some good anecdotes of old school Goju training, but it's very Karate-centric, for lack of a better (made up) word. Quick read, if you're into karate, I'd say it's a decent pick up for only $10.
