Just got a BotW Special Edition from Amazon UK. With fastest shipping it came out to about $111 and arrives Mar 7-9...not great but I'll take it for now.
EDIT: Didn't realize EU gets a "Limited Edition", not Special Edition or Master Edition. Only comes with game, soundtrack, and statue. The listing on Amazon calls it the Special Edition, this is inaccurate.

This is the "special" edition on Amazon UK, however the box art shows the master sword statue, so I'm not sure what version it actually is.
Its currently out of stock but I have it pre-ordered on Amazon France for €102.50 including shipping. Once you have any Amazon account you can buy stuff through all of their different domains. Heres the collectors edition on all of their European ones (all out of stock but set up an alert anyway)
