To be honest I got previous editions back when they were all illegal for free as a uni student a long time ago, but I'll find the good ones for you or the purchasable equivalent, hold up.
Alright, from what I can see these look virtually the same as my 5th edition ones, and have the added benefit of not looking like they were written by a 12 year old with a black texta.

The first book has like 420 pages or something worth of tunes, so I probably wouldn't bother buying the other ones until much later.
There's also stuff like the colorado cookbook, although I don't like them as much because I think they're a bit too graphic in terms of chord placements/rhythm etc.
