It reminds me of the Lotus cat tower, though it's definitely different.
This is approximately what you want, and about $400! I'd imagine a custom one-off would end up being more than that.

Ohh my gosh I love the iPhone 4/4s case, as well as the wallets! Beautiful. My current favorite thing on Amazon is this cat tower: http://amzn.com/B004BA6LSK because it is modern and so much more aesthetically pleasing than all of the other cat towers I've seen! However, it is also much more expensive, which is why I don't have it yet...
If only they didn't look so ugly. This is the only one I've seen that I could stomach seeing every day, but that price is a bit over the top.
