If you want to read more about Steve Jobs I recommend The little kingdom , the Pixar touch and the second coming of steve jobs. The last book is decent, gives a differ er perspective into the NeXT and Pixar years
I don't know that there is one definitive one, which is one reason this one was disappointing. Infinite Loop is supposed to be an excellent book on the early days, although I haven't read it and it is apparently out of print. The Second Coming of Steve Jobs is pretty good, but it doesn't cover the last decade of Jobs's life and the real resurgence of Apple. I'd still say it's worth reading.
