Reddit mentions of The Twilight Saga: New Moon--The Official Illustrated Movie Companion

Yeah man, these crappy movie posters definitely make me not want to see those movies.

I had a similar experience with books. Judging these books by their cover you can definitely tell which book is good or not.
For example, check out this crappy book.
Just a green page with white font. Not even a cool green like army green, but like an 80's neon green. I cant imagine anyone who isn't absolutely in love with ugly neon green to like this book. Good thing i didn't waste my time.

And this book!
I see where they're going with the minimalistic two flower thing, but I don't like it. Am I supposed to believe this book is about flowers? haha, I guess its not the covers fault, I don't want to read books about flowers.

But then again there's this book.
How lazy were the cover artists? The title of the book is not even on the front cover!! I had to read the spine of the book to be able to know what I'm reading. The cover art is nothing but leather and gold lining in diamond shapes. Wow.

You can definitely tell the quality of the book by judging its cover.
I mean check out this badboy. You can tell this book is gonna be a thrillride because not only is the man on the cover holding a gun, but he has a mustache too!! Not to mention the badass in the back with the katana, and the hot chick to the right. I had to order this book right away so I can get busy reading it!

This book also has an amazing cover. I mean the authors name is splattered three times across the cover! This is so you know who wrote it, and that hes three times cooler than you could ever be. Gotta check this book out next, right?

And finally this book, which is IMHO the best book cover around. If the book is only about half as good as the cover, it should be the read of year! maybe even the century!!! I love how the dark characters blend in with the dark background, and we can see the moon in the clouds. How mystical.

Yes, judging books by their covers has only served me well, and I am glad you are doing the same with movies.
