Sorry for the misunderstanding - in that case, I recommend the [$556.43 Tokina 16-28mm f2.8 FX] (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003V1YGT6/ref=as_li_ss_tl?pf_rd_p=1944687502&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B0001VQ11U&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0VX77ZPGXWM9N1E6K0JK&linkCode=ll1&tag=battleforthew-20) full frame lens for Canon mount.

Here are the results you can get with the A7s and the 16-28:

  • [Zeppelin Zeerip - Brighton Resort by Andrew Meehan] (https://vimeo.com/120278752)

This is going to be the widest, full frame Canon EF mount zoom that won't break the bamk.

    Again, hope this is helpful!

Tokina's super wides are worth a look too: The insanely named:

"Tokina AT-X PRO Series AT-X 16-28 F2.8 PRO FX"

Is on sale between £400-500 on Ebay UK. It's £550 new on Amazon UK.

I can't speak for that particular lens but I have the APSC 11-16 and love it to bits!

If you can spare the extra hundred bucks I would recommend the Tokina 16-28 f/2.8 I use it all the time with my T3i, just a real solid lens. It gives me relatively wide shots when I need them but also can get tighter when I need to. If you want some more info on it Dave Dugdale did a really indepth review/comparison between the Tokina and Canon 16-35. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-jn-YMuhuB0

Good luck!

Have you looked at the Tokina AT-X Pro 16-28? Give you some greater zoom range yet still being a little wider.

Update: Just bought the Tokina AT-X Pro FX 16-28mm f/2.8. It'll fill the gap until I get a full-frame. Then it'll be a dedicated landscape/hiking lens.

Thanks all.
