You're very welcome; your ideas were the most generative/inspiring/inline with what I was looking for, and helped lead me to what I ended up gifting them.
I ended up going with Totoro slippers (though not the ones you linked to-- I chose [these] (http://www.amazon.com/Totoro-Soft-Gray-Plush-Slippers/dp/B004RJRAVW/ref=pd_sim_sbs_t_2) instead), chocolate and regular D10 dice for B (though I was VERY close to purchasing the crusader mug from your link), and a Paul Muldoon broadside for C. I enjoyed your suggestion for C the most, but figured if I was going to spend around $30 for a teacup set, I might as well shell out an extra 10 for something truly personal (he's a big Muldoon fan).

I need slippers WINTER IS COMING.... and my feet are awful cold. I'm tired of sitting on my feet to keep them warm, then having my feet fall asleep, there is nothing worse than feet that are all pins and needles tingly when you have no choice but to hop up quick like for some child related emergency.
