This slicker for the body. This for the hocks/neck/other small areas. If your dog just likes being brushed this is gentle enough on the coat and is great for oil distribution.

I use all of those on my terv (plus extras you wont need for the mali short coat), so I can vouch for them all! Id also stop using the furminator as you're breaking her top coat, which is why she looks rough after a bit.

The double-sided brush should be comparable to the pin brushes we've already looked at, but I have no experience of that brand and cannot speak to the quality. The bristle side would be for a final finish on your guy, to smooth down the top coat and give a bit of shine. Nice to have but not essential.
The rake will do the job of the Furminator with less risk of damage to skin and coat.

I would rake his coat first, use pin brush to get through tail, neck ruff, thighs, and 'feathers' on legs then work through the body coat to get anything the rake missed. Then comb everything. Likely rake at least once a week, as often as necessary, even daily, as shedding season hits, probably 2-4 times a week if hrs6a year-round shredder. Pin brush as often as you please, it may not be needed every time if you use the rake frequently. Comb every time, especially in mat-prone spots.

If I could have only one grooming tool, I would always choose a good comb. For any breed or coat type, a comb is the one must-have in my opinion.

The Zoom Groom is a super addition. I use them primarily in the tub, brushing through a wet soapy dog gets a lot of the undercoat with minimal mess since you just scoop it up rather than having it flying around as dry wisps to get in your mouth and eyes and hair and... and everywhere. It can also be used dry, most dogs seem to enjoy it, and there's almost no way to harm their skin with the flexible nubs.

I'm not familiar with Hertzko brand at all but I haven't been impressed with any "self-cleaning" slickers I've seen. A slicker is another nice-to-have tool, the fine wire pins will catch yet more undercoat that's about to shed out. My absolute go-to slicker is Tuffer Than Tangles, for him I'd pick the regular or long/firm pins versions:

The tool that the Furminator is based on should not be sharp. It's safer and more effective when dull. Since you already have it, I'd just dull it and keep it as part of your kit, use it when you just want to get a thick thatched bunch of undercoat free quickly. You can dull the edge by scraping it through some sand, or use it to cut through a scrap of cardboard a few times.
