This might be worth a shot

It's a wireless N bridge; should be able to receive the signal much better than the PS3 itself which only uses wireless G. You then use a standard ethernet cable to connect the bridge to the PS3.

Hope this helps!

Yes there are they are often called a wireless bridge and example is this:

Remember range is important, if you are really far away, you might want to look into getting networking cable if possible.

Yes you can, it won't be cheap.

You will need to buy a router capable of leveraging two or more WAN connections (I think Ubiquiti can do this), you then need to buy multiple media bridges, you will present EACH media bridge to the edgerouter.

I agree with everyone that what you are proposing would be considered unethical and probably against the user agreement in your lease/UA policy. You should check that before spending an ass load of money.

The more powerful a device you buy, the more likely you are to be successful at what you are attempting.

you will also need a few media bridges, something like this will work.

Lastly a few other things you should be aware of.

You are likely to run into radio contention issues and cause problems for yourself AND other users in the complex. This will mostly be in the immediate vicinity around your flat. You will stand out like a sore thumb IF you cause problems.

You may simply be told to take it down and not to do it again. They could also revoke your access or terminate your lease, depending on if they cover this kind of thing.

The biggest take away is that IF you cause problems, even an amateur will be able to find you in short order. The folks probably have Enterprise grade wifi that will be able to identify you as you start your little project.

You may spend a bunch of money only to be told no. Worse, you may get away with it just long enough for them to update their User Acceptance Policy to disallow what you are doing OR you may get caught after it's been to long to return the gear.
