Nice.
How about a prepaid sim card too? They're tiny. Obviously useless without a phone, but phones are ubiquitous. Carrying a prepaid sim means any phone with charge can be used, and it potentially gives you a network backup, if the spare is on a different network to your regular phone. Just check it every month to make sure it's topped up; a lot of networks will eat your credit if you don't use it within some time period, like 6 months.
How about a condom? Excellent compact water carriers / other improv uses.
I stuck labels to the bottom and inside the lid of my ATFAK with personal info on them. Just so there's one less item to lose. I no longer carry the ATFAK btw, I have a bigger IFAK now.
Looks like you've laminated the info sheets. I would keep them as raw paper for use as emergency tinder / note taking devices.
How about some writing implement? Perhaps one of these. Could be stored inside the straw; no extra space required. (You can get them cheaper)
Ditch the keyring from the LED to save space?
I respect the fact that you cut the corners off the med packets. Me too! High five!
Most likely-to-be useful item, imho, is that whistle.
edit: This pen looks even better, as it's supplied with 3 refils.
It's a TRUE UTILITY TELE PEN. It has served me very well for the past 3 years.
I carried an Inka Pen previously and a Telepen now, unless you're writing underwater or ^IN ^SPACE! I would recommend either for better ink and more convenient carry.
I'm love stuff like this that goes on your keychain.
I have the tool you linked, and also from the same company got this:

Unfortunately, the pen portion got lost, after about 1 use.
It doesn't really hook in to the holder in any secure fashion, so pretty easy for it to fall out. :\
Micro LED Keychain light
Titanium screw chain link keychain
Stainless Lighter
Mini Prybar
Tweezers
Great AAA light
Decent AAA light
Leatherman Micra
G2 Mini Pens
Telescoping micro pen
Keychain Scissors
Some solid items to get you started
Edit: Possibly this?
However, bendable pens exist, as well as Mini pens. Hope that helps.

I really want this pen for my keychain, but can't justify buying it in my head. I am always making lists and scrambling for a pen. Haha

I usually give out 'telepens' as gifts. They are endlessly useful, fit in with the idea of 'Be Prepared' and also most leaders don't already have one, unlike a pocket knife.
