Woo! Funtime!
OK...I'm thinking about something with a horse, magic pills, and a yodeling pickle.
On second thought...let's just go with drawing stuff, cuz art is awesome!
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008Y431CS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Sorry, but like sometimes people can give info about their tablet and others are like "the fucks that" so there's a link to the exact tablet, friend!!
Yes. I used a Turcom Drawing Tablet (http://amzn.to/17OkCMj) and the free program Paint.net (http://bit.ly/QIKrr)
I got this one because it was a good price for that size. I recommend it if you want a bigger tablet but don't have that much money!
You could try this one then. No idea if it is any good but it fits your budget.
Bamboo tablets are very good quality but i'd suggest looking at this one instead. link I've heard from a few internet friends that they're just as good as their Intuos tablets. They're much more inexpensive and look great for beginners. I'd also advise getting a wired one, they tend to hold up better IMO.
