I have a mustache, no beard. I enjoy the old school feel of wet shaving, so I went old school with scissors.

I had a Philips-Norelco set that held up for about 5 years. I fairly impressed with it. The springs in one of the attatchemnts broke, so that was a bit of a pain in the butt, but nothing major.

Honestly, the best thing for a bearded man who is looking for a BIFL beard grooming item should look into something like THIS or, if you have issues with ear and nose hair as well, THIS(look at the frequently bought together items too).

My beard trimmer broke, so I bought some scissors to replace it. No regrets.
