That's a maintenance kit. You'll need to install one nearly every 200,000 pages or your printer may start jamming and stuff. (You may be able to get this cheaper in other places. I've seen them as cheap as $50!)

Be careful. You often get what you pay for!
That being said, the printer & toner should be ~$100-$150, and you'll eventually need to install a maintenance kit for ~$200, but that should not be a concern for a while.
