I feel you :( It sounds like you're taking some good steps. I make sure to wash my feet when I get home, I find that if I don't my feet will get really itchy later on / in the middle of the night. But if I get home, wash my feet and moisturize, they are less irritated and I don't wake up scratching.

I also bought spa "booties" to wear at night so that I can put on a ton of moisturizer and then put on the sock booties and it helps it absorb and protect my feet.
