it’s the “Uni Accessories” 8-in-1 usb c hub. They make a cheaper 6-1 without Ethernet and a few other things. The build quality and size is phenomenal, and the company has great support. And what makes it special vs other small hubs is that the cable to the MacBook is detachable (comes with a nice braided cable) so you can swap it out for a longer thunderbolt 3 cable if you wish.
