First off, CONGRATS on your sobriety. That is amazing and I envy you for it. I don't really abuse anything, and I don't do any drugs, but when I drink I drink A LOT! I've been getting better at limiting myself though. :)

My goal over the next year is to lose at LEAST 35 pounds. I'd love to lose 70, but I don't think that is attainable or healthy to do over the course of one year. But what do I know?! I'm currently walking daily, which is big for me because I have back issues and bursitis in my knees. Today I plan to push myself an extra 1/2 mile. Then later on I will probably do some Zumba.
