What is your grow space?
The LED market is flooded with low quality grow lights, they are usually recognizable by the fact that they lie and give way higher wattages than they actually provide.
For example the 'VIPARSPECTRA 1200W' actually consumes only 524w.
HPS or CMH lamps will outperform these lights at comparable wattages.
There are high quality LED lights which are capable of outperforming HPS and CMH at comparable wattages.
High quality LED > HPS/CMH > cheap Amazon LED lights.
There are some manufacturers like 'Pacific Light Concepts', 'Horticulture Lighting Group' and 'Timber Grow Light' who offer high quality LED fixtures for a reasonable price ($1.25/w-$1.50/w) based on white LED.
Companies like 'ChilLED Tech' offer even more expensive builds which are more sophisticated with modified spectra, network control etc.
These are more in the ~$2.00/w range.
Most of the higher quality light meet high safety standards like IP65 up to IP67 ratings. These are especially interesting for commercial grower who are regulated and insured.
Depending on your craftsmanship, you can also build high quality lights on your own and reduce the price to about $1.00/w.

For this grow box I would contact the seller and ask about it as I can't find any information on the light itself. As an example,https://www.amazon.com/VIPARSPECTRA-V1200-Spectrum-Indoor-Plants/dp/B00UORXUBA?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_4. This light is advertised as as 1200w light because it supposedly produces the equivalent light of a 1200w HPS, but if you scroll down you'll see that is actually has a Avg. Power Draw of 520W±3%, that's how much true wattage is being consumed.

This is pretty good. 350€, draws about 500 true W of LED

So I’m better off with the QB above than the one below?

The viparspectra's have a pretty good name as an alternative, for 600 you could get this or this
More bang for your dollar. You could definately do 4 plants with either of those I suspect. Others may chime in with suggestions as well if you're not in a hurry.

I’m doing soil, was planning on 8 plants (I’m allowed 12), possibly 10. I know a heater/humidifier will be in the room-doesn’t need to be in the tent. Would the lights I have be good for 8 plants?

Would 2 of these fill the tent if with the lights I have if I wanted to do 10?

I have read that full spectrum wastes energy bc the plants can only utilize certain spectrums. Is that true? Here is another I was looking at that uses the more red spectrum. Is this one any good? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00UORXUBA/ref=psdc_14252941_t2_B078P484HD
