Wall Control — $34 (for 2)

They do make their own proprietary mounts but they also allow for any 1/4 peg boards to fit.

I was also looking at those. They are over priced and like you said, you get stuck in buying their mounts.

Drywall is fire-rated, so it makes no sense to remove it.

If you want a better pegboard, look at this product:

Mount it to the studs and it can hold hundreds of pounds of items.

I finally found a good wall storage solution for some of my gear!

I am using Wall Control metal pegboards and hooks. I bought two sets and a bunch of hooks, which is enough to store a Rogue matador, an extra barbell, lat attachment handles, jump ropes, belts and rehab bands. It looks great and is sturdy enough for the heavy items!

Same thought crossed my mind when buying my gun. I ran across this for tools that people use and thought it could be used for mounting. It also comes in different materials just have to look around.

Amazon link to the one I bought. They come in different colors too if you want to hide the pegboards or make them contrast more. I've been tempted to try and paint mine so my stuff looks like it's floating on the wall.

I'm on my third pegboard Nerf wall using the tried-and-true wood frame method, but some co-workers of mine have purchased these smaller, frameless metal pegboards and they look fantastic. They're super easy to mount, too. But yeah, you still have to drill into the wall.

Man, I'm right there with you. G19 no light, G19 light, G19 different light, G19 with comp. Then I switched to a G26, then G26 with optic. Then I have a Sig P238 with a laser, then without a laser. Then I have H&K, 1911, etc etc. IWB, OWB, etc.

I really have to sort through and start selling stuff at some point. But until then, does anyone have a good way to organize these? Or do most people just throw them in a box?

I'm considering building a lockable standing cabinet, throwing in some galvanized pegboard, and then using some accessory rods to hang the holsters.

For small spaces, I'd opt for something like this to organize things a little better.

These shelves and this desk would be really helpful too.

I've got a few myself.
Amazon has them for $35 or so.

I love it, it lets me save an immense amount of space. 2 are for tools, one is for over sized tools and gardening whatnots.

Not to rain on the parade, but these are available all day long on amazon for $10 cheaper.
