I have that same one!

http://www.amazon.com/Waterpik-NML-603-6-Mode-Showerhead-OptiFLOW/dp/B000GLKBFC/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1416191193&sr=8-2&keywords=shower+head+adjustable

The trick is to remove the two layers of low-flow restrictors in the head. Originally I removed one and it was okay, but once I got the second one out of there, it was just amazing pressure.

if you do get a hand held thing, or these are really good too, id also recommend replacing whatever this pipe is called with a regular straight pipe, maybe 3-5 inches long, with "male" threads on both ends.

it just unscrews, you shouldnt even need any tools.

and i wouldnt bother replacing it with chrome, you hardly see it. i just got black iron. it'll cost about a dollar. get some plumbers tape too. that'll be like 50 cents. the pipe will look sorta like this when youre done

if nothing else the straight pipe stops these things from sliding down and throwing all your stuff everywhere

I'm 6'6" and bought one of these years ago. for maximum awesome just turn the shower head arm 180 so it points up, just tighten it to turn it up.
