Looks good to me- the most important piece is that little paddle thing!
You can use basically any bread recipe. If I remember correctly, most bread machines hold about a 1.5lb loaf.
You have to put the ingredients in the pan in a certain order. Usually it's water/oils/sugar/salt in the bottom, then flour, then make an indent, and put the yeast into that. Then choose your settings and let it rip!
Here's one of my fave bread machine books, but like I said, pretty much any bread recipe can be adapted.
