The Teach Yourself series makes a Complete Old English, which is pretty good. If I were to relearn Anglo-Saxon, I would start by running through the Teach yourself, followed by cramming the the main words from [Wordhoard] (http://www.amazon.com/Word-Hoard-Introduction-English-Vocabulary-Language/dp/0300035063). After that that Mitchell and Robinson's Guide referencing King Alfred's Grammar along the way, followed by Mitchel and Robbin's Beowulf. Do this and you should be able to read pretty much anything thrown at you in OE.
I recommend Bruce Mitchell and Fred Robinson's book, and Stephen Barney's Word Hoard isn't bad either.
