Don't know how you got ripped off of $10 when it's supposed to be $15 per month in the first place.

Unfortunately there really isn't much... the price per month hasn't changed in a very long time and is a hard requirement to keep playing now.

That said, there are some small things you can look out for. You can buy game time from retailors, in physical box/card form, and occasionally that goes on sale.

Right now Amazon is selling a physical key (this will actually get mailed to you) for 60 days of game time for $28.81, this is a whole $1.18 less than the base price! link

If you are sure you'll play for many months, buying game time in larger chunks directly from Blizzard does get you a slight discount on a per month price. But if you buy 3 months, and then stop playing after 2, you've 'wasted' money.

I know it probably doesn't seem like a great need to most, but I need a time card for World of Warcraft.

It might not seem like a necessity to you, but WoW provides an escape for me that I don't get in my normal life. I play games like this because for just a few hours, I can pretend to be somebody else. Gaming is therapeutic for me. Some of you know my financial situation is less than desirable, and providing me one of these cards would extend my gaming time by two months.

The fact is at peak wow had 12 million subscribers. The Asian regions pay for WoW through game cards which cost the same as monthly subs.

And 5 would be Ultimate, Compact, Single-person Adventure Hammock by Tribe Provisions because everyone needs a little adventure in their life and my husband has recently started hammack camping. They are going tomorrow, in the snow, but I have to work. Guess I'll just stay inside where it's warm. Haha. I'm sitting here watching him pack his backpack. I can't wait to join in!
