Did you order it off of Amazon? If so then I had that exact same lock (before giving it to a friend). If I remember correctly it was a 5 pin lock with 2 spools. The tricky part was getting behind the 5th pin, it felt like I was bottoming out like on a padlock, but really it was just hitting the last pin. Once you get the standard pins out of the way it should fall into a deep false set then you're home free.
