I was toying with it again today, as well as looking around on the Z, and both of them gave me the feeling that i won't be using the supplied launcher/skin. I'd investigate more into it in regards to what apps i may lose (that come with the phone) but will more then likely install Cyanogen once the dust settles for either phone.

I want to like the Z, and see a lot of things about it that i like, but the screen size and button layout are bugging me. I also noted that the bezel is slightly thicker than the S4, which is a slight turn-off for me.

In all, i don't mind the plastic of the S4, and even more so, i'm not a fan of the glass with the Xperia Z. I think i found my answer.
